This tanning lotion contains aloe and is made by mixing different natural Hawaiian ingredients.

I bought this lotion as I wanted to get that dark tan without spending hours in the sun before vacation.

I bought it from the market but you can easily get it online. The 8oz. bottle comes with a yellow label and the ingredients used for making the product are listed on the label.

I applied my sunscreen before using the tanning lotion as it does not contain any SPF.

So, I will suggest you all use sunscreen before using the product to prevent burning. But after using the lotion I was very satisfied as it tanned my skin very quickly.

One thing that made me a little annoyed as it stained my clothes and was quite greasy.

I had to rub it continuously until the brown streaks are gone. But the good thing is you can go swimming after applying the Maui babe browning lotion as it is water-resistant. But you need to reapply after every 20 minutes.

You can easily get tan within 15 to 20 minutes after applying this lotion. I didn’t feel any burning sensation when I went out in the sun after applying the lotion.

Whereas it made my skin soft with that beautiful dark tan. Use a small amount when using it on your face as it can make your face greasy.

The scent of the product really made me happy. The Maui Babe browning lotion has a sweet scent of coffee and dark chocolate.

Some of you may not like the sweet scent but believe me it fades away as soon as you apply it. For me, the scent was quite pleasant. So this is one of my favorite tanning lotions.

How to Use Maui Babe Browning Lotion for the Best Results

As mentioned above always use sunscreen before using the lotion. Here are some tips to make you understand how to use the product.

• To avoid your skin from burning always use sunscreen before using the lotion.
• After applying the sunscreen wait for 5 to 10 minutes so that the sunscreen gets absorbed.
• Before using the lotion shake the bottle well.
• Apply the Maui babe browning lotion 10 to 15 minutes before sunbathing.
• Moisturize your dry skin to make the tan last longer.
• Reapply after every 20 minutes if you swim for a long. Only one application of the lotion is enough for one sunbathing session.

How Fast Maui Babe Browning Lotion Work? How Long Does the Dark Tan Last?

Although you can notice the desired result within 15 to 20 minutes you should take the band-aid test to prove the lotion is really working. Here is the way to perform the band-aid test.

• Put a band-aid on a patch of your arm.
• Apply the browning lotion all over the arm.
• Remove the band-aid after staying in the sun for 15 minutes.
• There will be a vast difference between the rest of the arm and the skin under the band-aid.

This test will help you to understand how quickly the product works. But it is tough to say how long the tan will exactly last.

As every person has a different skin type so, the result may vary from person to person. For long-lasting results apply the lotion after a shower as it does not provide any anti-fade protection. People with tattoos can also use browning lotion.

Can You Use the Browning Lotion on Your Face?

As mentioned earlier a small amount of the product can be used on the face as it can make your face greasy. Using the lotion on your face may clog the pores as it contains mineral oils.

Also use sunscreen on your face before applying the lotion and taking a patch test before using the product is a must.

So here is my honest review of Maui babe browning lotion. Because of the grease factor and the stain left on my clothes, I will not give them full marks.

But the product suited my skin and I got that perfect dark tan within minutes and that also without much hard work.
